I have worked online with clients for many years. Clients usually report finding it as good as 'in person' sessions. Some people prefer it. The main thing you need is to be able to find a private, quiet and comfortable space. Once we’ve connected online via Skype or Zoom then the session proceeds much as it does in person.
If you would like to begin a course of therapy but feel unsure about therapy online then I suggest you book an initial session and see how you find it.
