Individual CBT Session (50 mins)
Longer EMDR Reprocessing Session (80 mins)
Couples CBT or Family Session (80 mins)


Private Health Insurance and third party organisations
 
 
 
 
We are registered with several UK health insurance providers including: BUPA, Aviva, PruHealth, CIGNA, Vitality and WPA.

The costs for these sessions is usually £135 (£200) for an individual session (EMDR session). This includes an additional supplement to cover the additional administrative work.
