Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A one to one course for young people
How do I discover who I really am and what I really want?
How do I stop stress, anxiety and low self-esteem getting in the way of being myself and doing what I want?
How do I navigate pressures; make decisions and problem-solve?
How do I get out of my head and enjoy life?
This course offers young people the chance to learn how to organise themselves; self-regulate emotion, identify their values, passions, and aspirations; and change those patterns that are getting in the way of achieving them.
It is rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy and tailored to suit each person. It is suitable for ages 17+.

It is a series of approx. ten 1 hour one to one sessions spread over 3 to 4 months and includes telephone and email contact between sessions as needed. The cost is £90 per session. The sessions are at River Clinic, Lewes, East Sussex.
